Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or incorrect items.

• The product is broken or damaged during transit.

• You received the wrong product.

• Your order is lost in transit, and the shipping address provided was correct.

• Your order exceeds the standard shipping timeframe.

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Do not return goods before receiving instructions from our support team — unauthorized returns will be forfeited.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
