Cancellation & Exchange

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

Exchanges are only available in cases where the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to production or shipping errors.

• Orders may only be modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed.

• Exchanges are limited to the same product type (e.g., same size or color).

• To request an exchange, please contact us at support@foxjersey.com with your order number and clear photo evidence. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide return instructions if approved.

Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled.

• To request a cancellation, please email support@foxjersey.com with your order number and the changes you would like to make.

• If you cancel an order in order to place a new one, the original order will be fully refunded once the new order is confirmed.

• Please note: In some cases, payment processing fees may apply to cancellations.
