When will I get my order?
Once your order has been processed, the estimated transit time is as follows:
Destination: United States
Transit Time: 5 – 7 business days
Total Delivery Time: 6 – 10 business days (Processing Time + Transit Time)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.
Can I add or remove products from my order?
Currently, our store does not support adding or removing products from an order after it has been successfully placed.
Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel it. After that timeframe, the order cannot be modified.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found at the top of your confirmation email. Please check your inbox, including your spam folder, for your confirmation email. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us at support@foxjersey.com.
