• Manufacturing defects in your product.

• The product is broken or damaged during transit.

• You received the wrong product.

• Your order is lost in transit, and the shipping address provided was correct.

• Your order exceeds the standard shipping timeframe.

How to request

• Submit your return or refund request within 14 business days after receiving your order.

• Requests after 14 business days will not be accepted.

• Do not return goods before receiving instructions from our support team — unauthorized returns will be forfeited.
